From the ground floor hallway (where there’s storage for coats and shoes), step into the comfortable front sitting room, complete with coal-effect gas fire, cosy seating and a Smart TV. The airy open-plan dining area has seating for all guests and leads through to the modern kitchen, fitted with new appliances including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine/drier and Nespresso coffee machine.

Upstairs on the first floor is a delightful main sitting room with sumptuous seating, a coal-effect gas fire and a Smart TV. There’s also a double bedroom and a separate family bathroom. Venturing up to the second floor you’ll find two further bedrooms including the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and an additional family bathroom.

On the third floor are two more bedrooms: one featuring three single beds (two of which can be joined together to make a king-size bed when requested on booking), and a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite cloakroom. Nestled up a narrow staircase on the top floor is a games room with beanbag seating, Smart TV, PS4 console and board games – a perfect hideout for older children or teenagers!

Relax In Comfortable Surroundings

We were the 1st guests to stay at Chart House. It is a newly refurbished property where no expense has been spared. We were a family of 7 and had plenty of space with the 5 bedrooms and the games room on the top floor. The owners have thought of everything. They provide a BBQ and even body boards and beach toys in the back yard. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is situated on a quiet street only 50m up to town or 50m down to the parragon cliffs and the steps down to the beach. We swam every day in the sea and with the town so close to hand we didn't really feel like we had to go out in the car anywhere. Although we did venture out to St Davids and the Blue Lagoon on one day and to Manorbier.
